This is a very beautiful Pelikan 200 pencil with tortoise celluloid sleeve.

PERFECT CONDITION
With perfect tortoise striped sleeve. Very minor brassing on metal parts. Slight using signs on all parts. Some dents on sides of top part.

The pencil works Excellently and is ready to write.
